Update on the Financial Services Sub-Committee hearing on ESG disclosures

The House Subcommittee on Investor Protection, Entrepreneurship and Capital Markets originally scheduled a hearing entitled, “Building a Sustainable and Competitive Economy: An Examination of Proposals to Improve Environmental, Social and Governance Disclosures.” The hearing was to take place tomorrow. This hearing has been postponed and a new date has not been set.
