FINRA issues statements on Reg BI/Form CRS

FINRA has issued a statement on firm practices in preparing for Reg. BI and Form CRS. In addition, FINRA has issued a brief statement confirming that it will take the same approach on exams as is set forth in the OCIE Risk Alerts.
